Singapore: The Ultimate 3-Day Itinerary to See It All

Singapore: The Ultimate 3-Day Itinerary to See It All

If you are planning a trip to Singapore and want to see it all in just three full days, then this ultimate Singapore 3-day itinerary is exactly what you need.
We based ourselves at The Vagabond Hotel, an ideal location offering easy access to Singapore’s top attractions and vibrant neighbourhoods.

Upon landing at Changi Airport, the easiest and fastest way to reach the hotel is by taxi. I highly recommend downloading Grab or Gojek—I paid around £15 to reach the hotel and only £10 on the return journey. Trust me, it’s well worth it compared to public transport, saving you both time and energy!

For this entire itinerary, we relied on the All-inclusive Go City Pass, unlocking access to all major attractions. It saved us a significant amount of money and hassle. Just make sure to read the small print: some activities will require pre-booking.

Day 1: Sentosa Island Adventure – A Must-Do for Your Singapore 3-Day Itinerary

After a lovely breakfast at The Vagabond Hotel, it’s time to kickstart your first full day of adventure in Singapore!
Today, we are heading to Sentosa Island—and believe me, it’s an experience you’ll want to remember.
I waited until my third trip to Singapore to visit Sentosa and honestly, I regret not doing it sooner.

Here’s how to make the most of your Day 1 on Sentosa, without missing a beat:

8:30 AM: Start with the Cable Car Ride

Grab a taxi (trust me, it’s the easiest option) and head to the entrance of the Mount Faber Cable Car.
Gliding above the city and the sea, the views are simply stunning.
It’s the perfect way to set the tone for your Sentosa day—and yes, the ride is included with your Go City Pass

10:00 AM: Be First in Line at Universal Studios Singapore

Next up, head straight to Universal Studios Singapore and aim to arrive around 9:45 AM to catch the opening ceremony.
This little trick means you’ll beat the queues and enjoy the major rides before the midday heat kicks in (and believe me, it gets intense).

Pro Tip:
Tickets must be pre-booked on the Go City App the same day—it was super easy and quick.

Don’t miss the brand-new Minion Land that just opened earlier this year.
And exciting news: Nintendo World is on the way too!

Plan to spend about 2–3 hours here, which is perfect for doing all the main attractions without getting drained.

1:00 PM: Thrill Yourself at SkyPark Sentosa

After Universal, keep the momentum going with a stop at SkyPark Sentosa.
Test your bravery on the Giant Swing or the Sky Bridge—both offering a serious adrenaline boost!
No booking needed here; just flash your Go City Pass and get ready to scream (in a good way).

3:00 PM: Dive into the Sentosa 4D AdventureLand

Feeling the energy still?
Hop over to Sentosa 4D AdventureLand where you can pick two out of their four awesome rides.
Again, no pre-booking—just show your Go City Pass and enjoy.

This place is pure fun whether you’re eight or eighty, and a perfect indoor activity if you’re seeking a little aircon break.

5:00 PM: Feel the Rush with the Albatross Speedboat Ride

Now it’s time for one of my favorite memories of this trip—the Albatross Speedboat Ride.
Hold onto your hats as you whizz around Singapore’s coastline!
There’s no pre-booking needed, just show your pass, jump on board, and embrace the speed.

Food Tip Before the Show:
You’ll probably be starving by now, so grab a bite nearby.
Here are three great picks close to the Albatross dock:

7:40 PM: End the Day with the Wings of Time Show

Finally, it’s time to sit back and be mesmerised by Wings of Time, a magical outdoor show featuring water jets, lasers, and fireworks right on the beach.
Trust me, it’s the perfect way to end your action-packed Sentosa day!

9:00 PM: Return to the Mainland and Rest

Take the cable car back to the mainland and head back to The Vagabond Hotel to recharge.
You’re going to need your energy—Day 2 of your Singapore 3-Day Itinerary is just as packed with amazing sights!

4:30 PM: Sip a Classic Singapore Sling at The Raffles

You can’t visit Singapore without trying the iconic Singapore Sling cocktail where it was invented: The Raffles Hotel!
Order yours at the Long Bar for the full experience.
The tradition here includes munching on peanuts and tossing the shells onto the floor—yes, it’s encouraged!
Prefer a breezier vibe? Head to the Courtyard to sip your Sling outdoors.

6:45 PM: Marina Bay Night Walking Tour

As the evening sets in, join a Marina Bay Night Walking Tour (included in your pass).
This tour takes you past glittering landmarks, hidden photo spots, and gives you insider info you wouldn’t find alone.
It’s the perfect way to discover Singapore’s dazzling night vibe.

8:30 PM: Dine Like a Local at Lau Pa Sat

For dinner, head to Lau Pa Sat, another fantastic hawker centre renowned for its satay street.
This bustling place turns magical at night, and you’ll even find a few Michelin-starred hawker stalls.

Day 4: Changi Airport Adventures – The Perfect End to Your Singapore 3-Day Itinerary

If you have a late flight or some extra hours before departure, don’t rush straight to the gate!
Changi Airport is not your ordinary airport—it’s practically a destination on its own.

Here’s how to wrap up your trip in style:

Explore the Canopy Park at Changi Airport

If you want to experience the magical Canopy Park (think: indoor waterfalls, hedge mazes, sky nets, and futuristic gardens), I highly recommend extending your Go City Pass by one extra day.
It’ll be cheaper to add a day than pay for individual activities once you’re there!

Trust me, Changi Airport is often ranked as the best airport in the world for a reason.
Some travellers even miss their flights here because there’s simply so much to do.
